Canasil Resources Inc. Announces Results of Annual General Meeting
Vancouver, September 29, 2021 - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC, “Canasil”) announces the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 28, 2021, in Vancouver, British Columbia. A total of 18,960,930 shares were represented at the meeting, representing 15.12 per cent of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before the meeting, including the number of Directors, appointment of auditor for the ensuing year, confirmation of the Company's Stock Option Plan, and the election of management's nominees as Directors.
