Canasil Resources Inc. Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, December 12, 2019 - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC, “Canasil”) announces the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 9, 2019, in Vancouver, British Columbia. A total of 24,490,802 shares were represented at the meeting, representing 23.50 per cent of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before the meeting, including the appointment of auditor for the ensuing year, the authorization of the directors to fix the remuneration payable to the auditor, the acceptance of the Company's Stock Option Plan, and the election of management's nominees as Directors.
