Canasil Extends Expiry Date of Stock Options

Vancouver, January 18, 2017 - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC, “Canasil”) announces that pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan the Company has extended the expiry date of 1,175,000 incentive stock options issued to Directors, Officers, Consultants and Employees, from January 20, 2017, to January 20, 2022. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.20, which is unchanged. The options are being extended as part of the Company’s annual review of outstanding stock options under its Stock Option Plan.
